BluJ Supports Local: Partnering with Four NH Food Banks
Every gallon sold now contributes one cent to our regional food bank partners. No sign-ups, no loyalty cards — it's automatic.
Starting July 1st, BluJ is directing one cent from every gallon of fuel sold across all our stations to four regional food banks in NH and VT.
The partners: - Concord Food Bank (Concord, NH) - Upper Valley Haven (White River Junction, VT) - Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter (Nashua, NH) - Rutland County Food Shelf (Rutland, VT)
There's nothing to sign up for. No loyalty program, no QR code, no app. You pump gas, we give a cent. We estimate this will total between $18,000 and $24,000 annually at current volume.
We've been part of these communities for a long time. This is a small way of making that tangible.
If you'd like to contribute directly to any of these organizations, we'll have donation jars at every register through September.
